Using skillmill for ME

Hey guys, I live in a place where hills are a bit far from me, so doing the ME sessions with the backpack are a bit unpractical, I know there is the gym work for ME, but I was wondering if the skillmill could also be useful? Not sure if everyone knows what that is, but its basically a curved treadmill that works only by mechanical force, and you can change the resistance so that you need to push harder depending on how much resistance there is… it works similar to pushing a sled…
so, I could change the question to: does sled push be similar to taking a heavy backpack up a hill? I know my body position will be different, but I dont know how much that difference impacts on the effects that I am trying to get from the session!thank you!
