Hey everyone!
Can anyone share some tips on how to remove the heel piece of Silvretta 404s?

I’ve found the installation instructions/template and it shows 3 screws holding it down. 2 in front and 1 in the middle. I can’t seem to access the middle screw and the heel piece simply spins around (see pic) 🙁

Figured it out!
Pop the small silver dish and voila!
