    hi all,

    Since transitioning from heavily strength trained to long distance running, I’ve been experimenting with diet in line with guidelines provided by TfTNA, Uphill Athlete and a host of podcasts. I’m looking for additional in depth reading beyond basic recommendations and principles that can be conveyed in an article or short discussion. Does anybody have any book titles that have helped them hone their nutrient intake pre, during and post training for endurance?

    Have you searched this forum? Look on the index to your right and you will see a category called fat adaptation. The very first post under that topic is where I list a number of references that you can read about and others list more references.
