Hi, hoping someone in the community can help. I’m about to begin a new block of training g with a mountaineering plan and would like to get a metabolic efficiency test done. I live in the Seattle area and am having problems finding a place to perform the test with protocols called for here on the site. Anyone have a place they have used?
