    Hi,

How long are the “Intermediate to advanced rock climbing plan” training session? I am thinking of getting it.
All I can dedicate is 40 minutes a day during working days(before work). Only on Wednesdays I can dedicate 2 hours? It´s that ridicuouly little time to improve?
I have access to a boulder.

What about weekends? Can you get out for a longer cragging day then? Each of these plans calls for one day of accumulating 6-10 pitches. You can always scale back the time in each scheduled workout but stick with the general layout and progression. You will still see gains. I recommend the 8 week plan as it has a longer progression and will give better results.
