Coros App – "Fitness Level"

Hello! I recently switched from a Garmin Fenix 5X to a Coros Vertex – I absolutely love the watch but I’m curious about the “Fitness Level” feature in the Coros App. Coros states that Fitness Level is a “combination of VO2 Max, lactate threshold and workout efficiency” but does not go into detail how that calculation is made. Does anyone know if Fitness Level is at all comparable to any of the metrics offered by Training Peaks or Strava? Between Garmin, Coros, Strava and Training Peaks I have data all over and would love to simplify.
Thanks!- Matt
