My aerobic threshold is currently 140 and I wanted to see if that has increased with the training I have been doing. When I completed the test, I am wondering if the test was valid or if I wasn’t warmed-up enough which skewed the results. I have put my warm-up schedule below and under that is a link to my test results. I am open to your thoughts on if my test was valid and if so, what my new aerobic threshold is, or if it was skewed, how should I warm up to make sure the test is successful? Thank you!

    Time (min.)
    Start Stop Speed Incline
    0 4 1.7 0.0% Warm-up
    4 8 1.7 1.5%
    8 11 1.8 3.5%
    11 14 1.9 5.5%
    14 17 2.0 7.5%
    17 20 2.1 9.5%
    20 22.5 2.2 11.5%
    22.5 25 2.3 11.5%
    25 29 2.4 11.5%

Sorry, I realize the data didn’t post correctly. The first column of numbers is the start time (min.), second column staring with 4 is stop time (min). 1.7 and below is my speed on the treadmill and 0.0% and below is my incline. I hope this helps!!
