Hi Coaches,
we looked into how to move the days of the training in Training Peaks in the last call, but is there any considerations to keep in mind when doing so (apart from our own schedule)? e.g.: is it ok to have 2 consecutive days of aerobic if i’m alternating between running and hiking? can i move the yoga to the same day as a cham fit or even a rest day (as not exhaustive), or is there a reason it is always aligned to the aerobic days? etc.
