Choosing a training plan

Hi! I started running last summer and been running routine 50-60km weeks on my own. Now I’m thinking about starting a training plan. Based in Scotland, all of my running plans and goals include a fair amount of vertical (5000ft – 16000ft). I haven’t done any big big races/days yet, my longest one being 60k with 6500ft of elevation gain. I’ve also never tested my AeT.

So the thing I’m wondering is wether I should go for The Big Vert plan, Intro to ultrarunning plan, something else, or figure out my AeT first and decide after that.

    Thanks!

Your mileage seems right on the edge between the two plans, so I would go with the Big Vert. You can always scale down the mileage and vertical if you need to.
