Lower Body ME after Aerobic Ruck

Is some benefit lost by doing a lower body-focused ME workout (specifically weighted hill climbs) immediately following an aerobic workout? My plan is to ruck for ~2-3hrs on uneven terrain, then after 10-20mins rest do hill climbs on an adjacent abandoned ski slope. All fasted.

Would this be to the detriment of the aerobic work? Or to the ME? Ideally would knockout two sessions with one trip to the park.

    Thanks

Do the opposite. Warm up do the weight ME hill climb and then do the low intensity work.
