Good question. I would suggest a treadmill test instead or wait until an hour run is reasonable. In the mean time, just keep it really easy.
I am unsure of when I should perform my Aet Test. I have taken a break from training recently due to injury and I don’t think I can keep a running pace for and hour. Should I wait until after a transition period to have developed my aerobic fitness enough? Sorry if this has already been addressed, I’ve not been able to find this information.
