I have started my 24week program and I was wondering:
The hills around here are not very high, there’ s the occasional steep slope but is mostly up and down.
I found out that on a typical 1hr run at MAF on the trail I can get around 200-300m of vertical and on the same run on 15% treadmill I get 900m.
Does this mean I should prioritize doing these runs/hikes(and the long weekly one) on the treadmill just for the more vertical or running out on rough terrain has other benefits as well?
Maybe a mix is better?
