It’s four sets of 2-3x reps with the slow lower on the last rep of each set.
I’m looking for clarity on the pull-up portion of the Stage 3 Upper Body Program description in TFTUA (p. 221). Does the routine call for 4 sets of 2-3 slow-lowers with a slower lower (3-5 sec.) on the last rep, or does it call for 2-3 pull-ups with a slow lower on the last rep?
