Strength training questions

    Hi, folks, I have a few questions regarding the core and strength training sessions during the first 8 weeks of the Mountaineering Plan:

    – Do the expected duration times for these sessions include warm-up? Seems like they do, but want to confirm.

    – The description for the core part of the session prescribes resting for 30 seconds between exercises. Nothing is mentioned for the strength portion – does this mean “rest as long as you need between exercises” (few minutes)?

    – Similarly, when doing multiple sets, should there be a longer rest between sets? And what about between core and strength parts of the workout?

    Core Strength exercise is warm-up

    30 seconds rest between exercises for General Strength as well

    – Similarly, when doing multiple sets, should there be a longer rest between sets? And what about between core and strength parts of the workout?

    Generally 2-3 minute rest
