    Hi there,

    Can’t do the jump squat, so I’ve been doing the Bulgarian split squat. When I did the stirring round one FUA back in the spring, I think I injured my back doing the Bulgarian split squat. I found this video and have been using this form to try and avoid back issues. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=Ksz5rkmBuTA

    Curious if the coaches have any reaction to the instruction on this video or any other references that might help my form.

    Good Morning Sarah,
    Yes that video does show correct form on a Bulgarian Split Squat. The instructor is right in that the first form he showed is incorrect and high risk. Happy to hear you’ve adjusted the form and it seems to be working well!

    Thanks for this! Just started heavy landmine bulgarian split squats and this will help make sure I am doing them right.
