    Hi,

    I’d like to start the Special Max Strength Plan for Pull Up in TftNA book, but the workout 1 & 2 in the diagram confuse me.. what workout should i choose? One normal pull-up and one pull-up variation? Or use leg training as workout #2?

    Workout out 2 means 2nd pull up workout for the week. Example: workout 1 is on Monday and workout 2 is on thursday

    Could I know how do you design each number of set and reps for each workout?
