    What you guys think about rope jumping as a zone 1 training for alpine climbers as a complement to running/biking? It is less traumatic than running, add some diversity and can be done almost vereywhere… Just not sure how efficient it is for climbers.

    Rope jumping is very effective aerobic base training but may require some time to build the base of endurance needed to sustain it for long periods. I mean, can you jump rope for 2 hours? Cool if you can. I’d also suggest mixing this and not relaying exclusively on it.
