In the 12 week time crunch plan, starting in week 8 there are back to back ME workouts each week. Is this correct, or should those ME workouts be moved around so they’re not on back to back days? Or is that part of the strategy to keep them next to one another in the time crunch?
Normally , in between the ME Workouts, you will have a rest period of 48/72 hours, but that can be change and disrespect the rule if that is a specific moment of your goal.
