Pre-Season Backcountry Plan

    A while ago you guys posted a pre-season backcountry training plan.
    Once the ME workouts are included it says, that the muscular endurance portion of Chamonix Mountain Fit should be skipped.
    Is that the part that Neil is referring to as “the circuit”?

    Short answer is “YES”. However I suggest omitting any of the exercises that Neil shows that make you work you such that you are fatigued or sore for more than a day. The ME workouts will be compromised if you do them when your muscles are already fatigued.
