Based on previous data I had, and backing that up with tests presented in the new book for AeT and LT I am well within 10% difference but only because *BOTH* my AeT AND LT are low. What’s the best mix of training to raise both levels?

Raise the AeT first with lots of aerobic base training. That will raise your LT at the same time for months to come.
