Looking for advice

    Hi,

    I’m going to the Elbrus this year August (if it is allowed by the pandamic, fingerscrossed).

    What training plan can you advice me to take for this?

    I also see in the examples a lot of running. However I have no experience in running, I’m mainly a cyclist. How would you adapt the plan accordingly or would you do hikes instead of runs?

    I would recommend the 24-week mountaineering plan. For your goal, hiking would be preferred and the training plan reflects that.

    Yes, what Shashi said. Cycling instead won’t give you as much benefit, because it’s not specific to your goal.
