Finger Board Repeaters

    Hello,

I read with great interest the free at home rock climbing training plans because I am currently injured and can’t run so I want to focus on my finger strength. The plan mentions finger board repeaters “FBR”. How should I count them?

    – General strength
    – Maximum strength
    – Muscular endurance

They feel more like endurance but a maximum strength periode follows them so I am a little bit confused …

    Thank you

Repeaters would likely be a local muscular endurance workout. I have understood the theory as repeaters make the muscles grow bigger, max strength teaches your brain how to use all the muscles.
