Just a quick question:
I am using the Uphill Athlete 24 week Expeditionary Mountaineering Training Plan.
In the comments / description it says to do 10 reps or hold for 10 seconds and to just use body weight the first week thru.
Is there a point where I need to add sets? I did not see that called out or is it just based on my own perceived performance / intensity level?
