    Hello Brietta,

    I think I understand your question, so please let me know if I am not on the right path.

    For the strength workout after your warm-up, you are going to do:
    4 Sets of 10 Split Jump Squats. You will take 1min of rest between each set.

    Then you will take 3 min of rest between each exercise before starting the next 2 sets.

    Does that make sense?
