    Hi,

    I have 3 days of climbing booked in Scotland mid February (from 14th). How should approach the training plan leading up and then following from?

    Hi ,

    It is only 3 days , not training on those day will not affect your training plan since you are still going to workout.
    Since we don’t still have a lot of volume at that time , take just one or two rest day prior to the event.
