    Hi All,
    Here is our guidelines for calculating training based off of your races distance and elevation. It is on a 20 week build so you may need to adjust/assess where you are to fit your needs.

    On the weeks where there are two long runs on a weekend does it matter how they are split? Should they be roughly equal distance/ascent?

    It doesn’t matter too much, but the general guidelines are to make Sat a more challenging effort and make Sunday a shorter and less steep effort. It depends on your time though and what works best for your weekend plans etc.
