Hi, what are your opinions regarding using activities like ski mountaineering, cross country skiing, cycling and climbing for building an aerobic base during the winter? I’ll keep some running interval sessions but mainly do other activities.

In my opinion, that is an awesome idea.
Kilian does pretty much all his base building during winter with skinning. Keep in mind that AeTs might probably change between sports.
