Fun activities after building aerobic base

    So, can you assume that if you
    1. Build a aerobic base for like 8-10 weeks
    2. Then start doing your “fun” utilization activities on the weekend
    3. Your aerobic endurance training during the week is now just maintaining and not building?
    Meaning, you can’t lose any of that aerobic base if you continue to train it during the week, correct?
