Chamonix Fit (VIMEO) Not Working

Hello,

I have an athlete who is not based in the US and she is having a hard time with Vimeo working. She says she gets error messages that say “Can’t connect to server.” I am wondering if anyone else has had this issue with athletes or has any solutions other than just screen recording next time she can get it to load.
