All is well and the training and nutrition is progressing well. My blood sugar levels have improved but there have been no adverse effects.  No shakes, and energy levels have been great.  I’ve lost 4 lbs.  However, my waist has shrunk quite a bit, even my wife is commenting on just how thin I’ve gotten.  So I suspect I’m adding muscle as well as losing fat.  Thanks Rebecca for the plan.
