Last year I discovered your book Training for the Uphill Athlete and I started to study your approach to training. I have been running about 2-3 times a week for a year and almost exclusively in Zone 1 and Zone 2, but otherwise without a training plan. In June 2019 and June 2020 I made a spirometry session and found out that my AeT has shifted from 129 bpm to 153 bpm in one year and that I can now run much faster in the aerobic zone.
I am totally enthusiastic/psyched and motivated to train more purposefully and to further develop my endurance.
Thank you very much for your books, your Mountain Performance Online Workshop, and all your content (website, zoom, etc.), which gives me a deeper understanding of running training. Keep up the good work. 🙂
