A private members-only forum will host discussions about all of your questions and topics of interest. Ask your coaches and your community anything here: From heart rate training to which boot and crampon combination is best for your climb, to acclimatization strategies.
The UA community cultivated in this program will be the bedrock of our shared success. It is through this community that we will motivate each other and keep each other accountable as we progress through each phase of training. Since all of us will be training individually, having a group to fall back on for support is fundamental for maintaining the daily commitment that endurance training requires. Participants will be introduced to a wide network of fellow mountaineers, both local and international, that share the same curiosity and passion. This is an incredible learning opportunity for anyone interested in endurance training, taught through the UA training methodology by our coaches Mark Postle and Steve House
All participants will receive a TrainingPeaks premium subscription which is a $60 value for the 12 weeks.
