I am SO happy to hear Bree’s yoga brings you that type of relaxation again!
I am *so* enjoying Bree’s recovery yoga modules! Almost 30 years ago I took a once-a-week yoga class that moved at a similar pace and had this same almost magic effect on my nervous system. It was a 1.5 hour class with a bathroom break midway through and I remember being amazed at how different my (relaxed) face looked in the mirror during those breaks. It’s wonderful to experience that feeling again.
