What do you listen to while training?

    Title says it all. During these zone 2 long days it helps to listen to something to pass the time. What have you been listening to? Music, podcasts, audiobooks? What would you reccomend?

    Podcasts: The Adventure Stache (mountain biking), Enormocast (climbing), Uphill Athlete (duh), Rich Roll Podcast (everything but I especially like his interviews with runners/triathletes)

    Books I’ve read recently:
    Cant Hurt Me by David Goggins (Mental toughness and if you want to feel like a little baby)
    Red Notice Bill Browder (Great book about starting an investment firm in Russia at the end of the Soviet Union)
    The Promised Land Barack Obama (Let the sothing sounds of Obama’s voice make you forget all your problems)
