Here’s a screen shot oif what it should be minus the mobility that should appear below the aerobic day. My laptop screen is too small to show it all at once but this should help clear it up.

I moved my training plan to start last week because of my schedule, so I am now on week 2. I think I messed up something when moving the plan, because for Monday Week 2 I have: Aerobic Threshold Test, 30 min Aerobic Day, and two 20 min Mobility sessions 😀
Can you please help me figure out what is the correct schedule?
