Use of fats for energy purposes

    Hi @REBECCA-DENT and hello everyone.
    I wanted to ask if during aerobic sports activity, the body first uses the fats stored in the adipocytes or those introduced with food to produce energy.

    The main store fat used for exercise is that which is stored in the muscles, close to wear it is needed. Adipose fat is not so easily used. The use of fat vs carb is highly dependent on the intensity of that exercise, with fats dominating energy production at lower intensities.
