Hi—apologies if something like this has been covered. I recently completed the 16 week mountaineering training plan and went to the summit of Rainier. Home now for almost a week and I’m not sure where to continue from here. I would like to transition to focus more training on rock climbing for a few cycles as I feel my endurance training has slightly effected my climbing strength. However, I would like to not lose the fitness that I gained during the 16 week training plan. Is this possible? Any recommendations on where/how to start? Thanks!
