Tomorrow we’re going to start off with a review of what your training looks like in the last weeks of this program. How to bridge to the next program if you continue. And how to transition to self-coaching should you not continue with the next training group.
I expect that part of the call to take about 20 minutes, minimum.
With the remaining time I’m going to talk about mental training for mountaineering. Should be an interesting discussion. Look forward to having you all join in.
