Switching around workouts in training plan

    Hello!

    Im starting the 5w foundation for rock alpinists plan, but due to work schedule sometimes I need to switch the workouts around, meaning that sometimes a run is easier to do one particular day than strength, or climb… Is it critical that the workouts are done in the order that they appear in training peaks?

    You can move workouts around to suit your life situation. We recommend spacing the high harder strength workouts far enough apart to allow recovery.
