Settings in ‘training peaks’ app

    Dear friends,

    I am new here and need some beginner advise to utilise this website and tools properly.

    I downloaded the training peaks app since I am preparing for Aconcagua. In the settings ‘mountaineering’ or hiking is not available and I didn’t find the right selection.

    what do you recommend how to utilise the tool best?

    can I upload my 16 weeks training plan from uphill athlete?

    Welcome to the Uphill Athlete forum.

    Check this article on how to purchase and apply an Uphill Athlete training plan in Training Peaks.

    Once you have the plan in Training Peaks, go through the links at the bottom of the above article. You will find information on setting up heart rate zones, connecting devices, etc.
