I know I’ve seen a similar question in the past here but couldn’t find it. I have a short hill near my house that is only 80 feet gain but has a 20% grade. I’ve been doing 12-20 repeats on it with a 30# pack lately for my weekday endurance sessions and then getting more consistent uphills in on the weekend. Is this a good substitute for not being able to get to the mountains during the week or is it too short of a hill to produce specific adaptations. Thanks!
