Hello! This would be a great time for you to redo the aerobic threshold test. This will give you a new benchmark for your training and hopefully for you to see some improvements with your zones!
So I have been with FUA for three sessions. I have done an aerobic threshold test. But I broke my wrist about two month ago, and there was a fair amount of walking for about 2 weeks before the docs said it was ok to run. Should I redo the threshold test?
