    Hi FUA’s
    Rebecca’s second talk will be a bonus Zoom! March 1st is not one of our regular Bi-monthly zoom chats. We will be sending an email, closer to the date of this zoom, with an independent link for this call and posting it in the forum the day before so you all have it. It will still be at 11am PST and on a Tuesday. We will record the zoom and post it to the Google Doc if you can’t make it. This is just and FYI to mark your calendars if you’d like to be there!

    I’ve said this before, but each time I listen to one of Rebecca’s talks I learn something. She has mentioned Energy Availability and Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport before, but I was wondering if she could speak on that topic a bit more. Specifically, what is considered adequate EA? I did a short web search and came across “45 calories/kg of fat free mass.” Gosh, if that’s the case, I don’t think I’ve ever *consistently* eaten enough (which explains a lot)!
