Hello everybody:
Today I did my first heart drift test after training for many months at low intensity. My results have been:
Warm up:
Time: 15′
Lap 1:
Time: 30′
Bpm med: 154
Pace: 4.42min / km
154/4,42 = 32.84
Lap 2:
Time: 30′
Bpm med: 156
Pace: 4.55min / km
156/4,55 = 34.29Pa:Hr: 34,29 / 32,84 = 1,04
My calculations are correct? My Z2 would be a little higher than 155bpm?
