Mountaineering: Weighted Uphill Workouts

    I’m currently training for multiple volcano ascents with a pack. How should I incorporate vert and weighted training ascents into our current program? Also, as I increase in altitude, should I still try to maintain Z2 for the training (ie- slow down, rest stop, etc)?
