In your updated plan “Mike Foote’s 20 week BIG VERT plan for mountain runners V2.1” you write, that the ME-workouts are now downloadable to our watches, because you used the “Workout Builder” (Picture 1). When applying this plan again in the future, I cannot find any of the “structured workout” which will synchronize with Garmin.
Did I do something wrong? Why is ther no structured workout. Is there a plan to structure all workouts??
