Maintaining fitness between ‘specific’ period and trip
I’m mid-way through writing a training plan for the next year using TFTNA and had a question about the timing of a climbing trip during the specific period in preparation for a bigger expedition later in the year (like Steve’s trip to Peru in 2005).
From what I can tell, Steve went to Peru around June and went on to Pakistan around August/September.
What did the training schedule look like in between these trips?
