Luke Nelson Plan – ME in Rest Week

    I’m currently following the 20 week Luke Nelson Mountain Runnning plan. There’s ‘Recovery Week’ every 4 weeks which has a ‘Runner/Skimo’ ME progression scheduled on the Friday. I’ve been doing the ME workout on the Tuesdays during the regular weeks and wondered if I continue with the progression on the REcovery weeks or miss that and wait til the folowwing Tuesday to pick up the ME progression again?
