I’m doing Steve’s North Face Eiger program to train for–shockingly–the North Face of the Eiger (in March). My question has to do with this, which is part of tomorrow’s Pulling Muscular Endurance Workout:
Horizontal Lat extension/pulls on rings. Progress from knees to from the toes to body more horizontal.
Incline Pull on rings, From knees, progressing to toes, progressing to closer and closer to horizontal.
If rings, aren’t these the same thing? If different, please explain the horizontal lat extension, as I can’t figure out how that could be done “from knees to from the toes to body more horizontal” in a way that would make it different from the incline pull on rings.
