    Hello,

    I am new here and just signed up for the 8 Week Ski Hut-to-Hut Training Plan. I am super excited about getting started and systematically improving my endurance. However, I am wondering who others incorporate other activities into this packed schedule. I love yoga, mountain biking, I have to walk my high-energy Aussie twice a day, and I horseback ride at least once a week. Do you have any recommendations for combining/ integrating into a pre-exisiting routine?

    Very often, perhaps even too much. But I’m a girl and our hormonal background often jumps, which is why such swings arise. Not only do I have mood swings, but I also often experience uncertainty.
